the show.

I worked on a few new pieces for the show. "Wolves" was done using chiffon fabric andmagazine paper. There are four wolves fighting in this one. I really wanted to focus on the lost and found quality of this piece.

A small series of "Pelts". Faux fur, embroidery hoops and thread. I wanted to integrate the thread into the fur as a way of assimilating two different materials with similar characteristics.

This is a horrible photo. I will post a better one soon. This piece is 12' tall, fabric and magazine paper. It was quite the experience sewing this piece...

The hubs. He's awesome.

The opening reception was great! I was surprised to meet fellow fiber artists at the show! Can't wait for the next show! :)
